PPGYM’S 8-WEEK PROGRAM

The 8-week program is back and better than ever, updating the program with a new and improved approach for a more personalized experience. Whether you're just starting or leveling up, this program is for you. With expert trainers, a flexible setup, and a like-minded community, you're set to gain strength, endurance, and confidence.  

START: February 25 
END: April 15

To create a more personalized approach, the group will be divided into two fitness levels:

ADVANCED

  • More than 1 year of experience with training

  • Currently training in the gym on a regular basis 

  • Aiming for a new set of goals or PR’s 

  • Clear understanding of lifting techniques for compound exercises

BEGINNER

  • Less than 1 year of experience with training 

  • New to any fitness routine, returning from 6+ months break

  • Recovering from an injury, pre- or post-natal

  • Limited understanding of lifting techniques for compound exercises

WHAT TO EXPECT?

FIRST DAY:
The program begins on February 25th with a baseline assessment: Form & technique clinic, 3 strength exercises, a 2K or 3K run or row for distance, an InBody Scan Analysis and an intake to establish your goals throughout the program. With expert trainer guidance, you’ll create a personalized fitness plan to help you reach your goals in 8 weeks.

HALFWAY:  
Connect with your dedicated PPGYM Trainer for a 1 on 1 to ask questions, check in on your progress and receive personal advice on how to continue developing yourself in the second half of the program.

FINAL DAY:  
On the final day, April 15th, repeat the same tests and InBody Scan to measure your progress against your baseline tests. Then, celebrate your success and the results of your hard work!
