Private Team Workouts
Take your teamwork to the next level by scheduling a 45-minute weekly, biweekly or monthly workout for you and your team.
Under the guidance of our trained professionals, your team will connect on a different level while working on their fitness level.
Meditation session
Checking out by checking in! In these 30-minute meditation sessions, we will guide you through a series of practices to help focus more, relax, and unwind. Hosted at our on-campus Meditation Room, this team session is the perfect escape in the midst of a busy week.
Available on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
Reconnect session
Reconnect with your colleagues, refuel the team spirit, and boost morale to build the right mindset as a team. This 90-minute session combines physical with mental exercises and comes with (optional) healthy snacks & bites afterward.
sport-based Nutrition workshop
Ready, set, cook! This sports-based nutrition workshop, led by one of our Nutrition Coaches at Hells Kitchen, combines a knowledge-based workshop with a fun cooking challenge.
In 90 minutes, you will have learned, cooked, and dined. A new way to work on your tesmwork, with a delicious reward at the end.
Minimum of 8 associates per workshop & 16 max.
SOUND BATH MEDITATION
Experience deep relaxation, releasing stress and tension as you surround yourself with the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan bowls, guiding you and your team into a state of meditation and rejuvenation.
Hosted at our in-house Yoga Studio.
