5-WEEK CYCLE CHALLENGE

From March 17 – April 17, Shift Gears Challenge is taking over the Cycle classes at PPGYM. Whether you're a seasoned rider or new to the saddle, this 5-week program builds endurance, power, and confidence—at your pace. With expert coaching and FTP testing, you’ll train smarter and finish stronger.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Week 1: FTP Test & Baseline Assessment
Week 2: Endurance Training (Sustained Effort Below FTP)
Week 3: 
Threshold Training (Intervals at or Above FTP) 
Week 4: 
Power Training (High-Intensity Anaerobic Intervals) 
Week 5: 
Final FTP Test & Performance Push

The challenge is free to join, but participants must purchase credits to attend cycle classes.
